She Won. They Didn’t Just Change the Machines. They Rewired the Election
How Leonard Leo’s 2021 sale of an electronics firm enabled tech giants to subvert the 2024 election
(the following is from the above report by thiswillhold.substack)
The Dark Enlightenment Coup
The missing votes uncovered in Smart Elections’ legal case in Rockland County, New York, are just the tip of the iceberg—an iceberg that extends across the swing states and into Texas.
On Monday, an investigator’s story finally hit the news cycle: Pro V&V, one of only two federally accredited testing labs, approved sweeping last-minute updates to ES&S voting machines in the months leading up to the 2024 election—without independent testing, public disclosure, or full certification review.
These changes were labeled “de minimis”—a term meant for trivial tweaks. But they touched ballot scanners, altered reporting software, and modified audit files—yet were all rubber-stamped with no oversight.
That revelation is a shock to the public. But for those who’ve been digging into the bizarre election data since November, this isn’t the headline—it’s the final piece to the puzzle. While Pro V&V was quietly updating equipment in plain sight, a parallel operation was unfolding behind the curtain—between tech giants and Donald Trump.
And it started with a long forgotten sale.
A Power Cord Becomes a Backdoor
In March 2021, Leonard Leo—the judicial kingmaker behind the modern conservative legal machine—sold a quiet Chicago company by the name of Tripp Lite for $1.65 billion. The buyer: Eaton Corporation, a global power infrastructure conglomerate that just happened to have a partnership with Peter Thiel’s Palantir.
To most, Tripp Lite was just a hardware brand—battery backups, surge protectors, power strips. But in America’s elections, Tripp Lite devices were something else entirely.
They are physically connected to ES&S central tabulators and Electionware servers, and Dominion tabulators and central servers across the country. And they aren’t dumb devices. They are smart UPS units—programmable, updatable, and capable of communicating directly with the election system via USB, serial port, or Ethernet.
ES&S systems, including central tabulators and Electionware servers, rely on Tripp Lite UPS devices. ES&S’s Electionware suite runs on Windows OS, which automatically trusts connected UPS hardware.
If Eaton pushed an update to those UPS units, it could have gained root-level access to the host tabulation environment—without ever modifying certified election software.
In Dominion’s Democracy Suite 5.17, the drivers for these UPS units are listed as “optional”—meaning they can be updated remotely without triggering certification requirements or oversight. Optional means unregulated. Unregulated means invisible. And invisible means perfect for infiltration.
A New Purpose for the Partnership
After the Tripp Lite acquisition, Eaton stayed under the radar. But in May 2024, it resurfaced with an announcement that escaped most headlines: Eaton was deepening its partnership with Palantir Technologies.
Let’s be clear, Palantir wasn’t brought in for customer service. It was brought in to do what it does best: manage, shape, and secure vast streams of data—quietly. According to Eaton’s own release, Palantir’s role would include:
– AI-driven oversight of connected infrastructure
– Automated analysis of large datasets
– And—most critically—“secure erasure of digital footprints”
The Digital Janitor: also known as forensic sanitization, it was now being embedded into Eaton-managed hardware connected directly to voting systems. Palantir didn’t change the votes. It helped ensure you’d never prove it if someone else did.
BallotProof: The Front-End for Scrubbing Democracy
Enter the ballot scrubbing platform BallotProof. Co-created by Ethan Shaotran, a longtime employee of Elon Musk and current DOGE employee, BallotProof was pitched as a transparency solution—an app to “verify” scanned ballot images and support election integrity.
With Palantir’s AI controlling the backend, and BallotProof cleaning the front, only one thing was missing: the signal to go live.
September 2024: Eaton and Musk Make It Official
Then came the final public breadcrumb:
In September 2024, Eaton formally partnered with Elon Musk.
The stated purpose? A vague, forward-looking collaboration focused on “grid resilience” and “next-generation communications.”
But buried in the partnership documents was this line:
“Exploring integration with Starlink’s emerging low-orbit DTC infrastructure for secure operational continuity.”
The Activation: Starlink Goes Direct-to-Cell
That signal came on October 30, 2024—just days before the election, Musk activated 265 brand new low Earth orbit (LEO) V2 Mini satellites, each equipped with Direct-to-Cell (DTC) technology capable of processing, routing, and manipulating real-time data, including voting data, through his satellite network.
DTC doesn’t require routers, towers, or a traditional SIM. It connects directly from satellite to any compatible device—including embedded modems in “air-gapped” voting systems, smart UPS units, or unsecured auxiliary hardware.
From that moment on:
– Commands could be sent from orbit
– Patch delivery became invisible to domestic monitors
– Compromised devices could be triggered remotely
This groundbreaking project that should have taken two-plus years to build, was completed in just under ten months.
Elon Musk boasts endlessly about everything he’s launching, building, buying—or even just thinking about—whether it’s real or not. But he pulls off one of the largest and fastest technological feats in modern day history… and says nothing? One might think that was kind of… “weird.”
Lasers From Space
According to New York Times reporting, on October 5—just before Starlink’s DTC activation—Musk texted a confidant:
“I’m feeling more optimistic after tonight. Tomorrow we unleash the anomaly in the matrix.”
Then, an hour later:
“This isn’t something on the chessboard, so they’ll be quite surprised. ‘Lasers’ from space.”
It read like a riddle. In hindsight, it was a blueprint.
Let’s review what was in place:
This wasn’t a theory. It was a full-scale operation. A systemic digital occupation—clean, credentialed, and remote-controlled.
The Outcome
Data that makes no statistical sense. A clean sweep in all seven swing states.
The fall of the Blue Wall. Eighty-eight counties flipped red—not one flipped blue.
Every victory landed just under the threshold that would trigger an automatic recount. Donald Trump outperformed expectations in down-ballot races with margins never before seen—while Kamala Harris simultaneously underperformed in those exact same areas.
If one were to accept these results at face value—Donald Trump, a 34-count convicted felon, supposedly outperformed Ronald Reagan. According to the co-founder of the Election Truth Alliance:
“These anomalies didn’t happen nationwide. They didn’t even happen across all voting methods—this just doesn’t reflect human voting behavior.”
They were concentrated.
Targeted.
Specific to swing states and Texas—and specific to Election Day voting.
And the supposed explanation? “Her policies were unpopular.”
Let’s think this through logically. We’re supposed to believe that in all the battleground states, Democratic voters were so disillusioned by Vice President Harris’s platform that they voted blue down ballot—but flipped to Trump at the top of the ticket?
Not in early voting.
Not by mail.
With exception to Nevada, only on Election Day.
And only after a certain threshold of ballots had been cast—where VP Harris’s numbers begin to diverge from her own party, and Trump’s suddenly begin to surge. As President Biden would say, “C’mon, man.”
In the world of election data analysis, there’s a term for that: vote-flipping algorithm.
Billionaires and Tech Giants Pulled Off the Crime of the Century
Why? There wasn’t just one reason—there were many.
Elon Musk himself hinted at the stakes: he faced the real possibility of a prison sentence if Trump lost. He launched his bid for Twitter—at $20 billion over market value—just 49 days after Putin invaded Ukraine. That alone should have raised every red flag. But when the ROI is $15 trillion in mineral rights tied to Ukraine losing the war and geopolitical deals Trump could green light, it wasn’t a loss—it was leverage.
It’s no secret Musk was in communication with Putin for over two years. He even granted Starlink access to Russian forces. That’s not just profiteering. That’s treason.
Then there’s Peter Thiel and the so-called “broligarchs”—tech billionaires who worship at the altar of shower-avoidant blogger Curtis Yarvin. They casually joke about “humane genocide for non-producers” and have long viewed democracy as a nuisance—an obstacle to their vision of hypercapitalism and themselves as the permanent ruling elite.
Well, what is the elimination of Medicaid if not “humane genocide”—and does anyone really wonder why his 40-year-old protégé and political rookie, JD Vance, is Vice President? With this technology in place, if the third-term legislation were to pass, it would hand Vance a minimum of twelve years at the helm of Thiel’s regime.
And of course, Donald Trump himself: He spent a year telling his followers he didn’t need their votes—at one point stating,
“…in four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.”
Trump was facing eighty-eight felony indictments—he was desperate to avoid conviction and locked in a decades-long alliance with Vladimir Putin. An alliance that’s now impossible to ignore—look no further than his policy trail.
He froze aid to Ukraine and has threatened to place sanctions on them, while planning to lift sanctions off Russia. He openly campaigned for anti-EU candidates, and sided with Russia in multiple key United Nations votes related to the Ukraine conflict.
Let’s be clear:
Donald Trump pledges allegiance to a red, white, and blue flag—
It’s just not the American one.
What Happens Now?
We don’t need permission to enforce the Constitution. We need courage. While state attorneys general begin their investigations, it only takes one U.S. senator to initiate the disqualification proceedings against the unelected and unfit occupant of the Oval Office.
State Attorneys General and Investigators:
– Conduct independent audits of UPS firmware on Dominion and ES&S machines
– Subpoena communications between Eaton, Palantir, Starlink employees, and Pro V&V
– Audit Starlink satellite logs for the week of the election
– Freeze uncertified infrastructure updates
– Recount physical ballots—by hand
Now they’re rolling out the same technological toolkit abroad—forcing countries into Starlink contracts in exchange for tariff relief.
The U.S. election wasn’t their endgame. It was their litmus test.

That’s One Expensive Bird, Mr. Musk
There’s no question Elon Musk is a headline-maker—but in April 2022, he was making headlines for a very specific reason. One that should have raised eyebrows for anyone paying attention. Seemingly out of nowhere, Musk made an unsolicited offer to purchase Twitter for $44 billion—$20 billion over its market value.
Most dismissed it as just another billionaire flex—but the timing told a different story: his bid came just 49 days after Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine. That was the first red flag. What followed wasn’t a red wave—it was a red carpet.
Over the next two years, a path was cleared, systems were compromised, and Trump was repositioned—not through public mandate, but through a strategic judicial firewall crafted by a powerful faction within the Federalist Society and reinforced by a coordinated campaign of technological manipulation.
We’ve already broken down the digital and satellite infrastructure. Now, we’re stepping inside the courtrooms—and following the judges—who strategically removed all accountability hurdles between Trump and the White House.
The Nuclear Option: Judicial Engineering by Design
The term “nuclear option” sounds dramatic, but what unfolded was exactly that: a procedural detonation that reshaped the U.S. judiciary—and cleared the runway for Donald Trump’s legal invincibility. In 2017, Mitch McConnell pulled the nuclear trigger for Supreme Court confirmations. Facing a filibuster on Trump’s nomination of Neil Gorsuch, McConnell changed the rules to force him through with just 51 votes.
What followed was a full-on Federalist Society takeover of the federal judiciary:
• 3 Supreme Court justices: Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett
• Over 200 lower court judges, all fast-tracked under the new simple-majority rules
Let’s just say: McConnell caught the car—which turned out to be a MAGA bus barreling straight toward the Constitution. And no, his idol Ronald Reagan wouldn’t be pleased—at this trajectory, our children will soon be learning Russian.
Your Seat Awaits, Judge Cannon
Just seven days after Trump lost the 2020 election to President Joe Biden, the Senate rammed through Judge Aileen Cannon—a Federalist Society loyalist—to the federal bench, again via the nuclear option. The seat? It would later oversee Trump’s classified documents case.
Think about that. Before he even walked out of the White House with stolen materials and a failed insurrection attempt, Donald Trump had already secured the judge who would protect him. He wasn’t just breaking the law—he was fortifying his legal escape route in advance, with an assist from Senate Republicans.
By mid-2022, Judge Cannon was the only active judge in Florida’s Fort Pierce division. Trump’s legal team took full advantage, filing his case in person—in violation of standard protocol—which all but guaranteed it would land on her desk. That week, Cannon was assigned 9 of 29 new cases—over 30%, nearly triple the norm. Despite calls for recusal, she refused. She stayed. And she stalled.
Five States, Five Illegal Breaches
Trump’s allies—under the guise of investigating voter fraud—illegally breached election equipment in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, and Colorado. What should have been a five-alarm fire in American democracy was instead buried beneath strategic delays, bureaucratic filings, and a crowded judicial calendar.
Eighty-eight felonies, so little time.
- In Fulton County, Pennsylvania, machines were taken out of secure facilities and transported to offsite locations for unauthorized “inspections.”
- In Mesa County, Colorado, election clerk Tina Peters disabled surveillance and granted full access to operatives who compromised the system for months. She was later sentenced to nine years in prison.
- In Michigan, attorneys connected to Trump physically removed tabulators and took them to hotels and Airbnbs for off-site analysis—resulting in felony charges.
These weren’t one-off breaches—they were part of a coordinated, multi-state campaign with access lasting weeks or even months, in some cases extending through the 2021 election cycle.
Judicial Gymnastics in Georgia
Smile! We could ask Governor Kemp how his poll workers got the backdoor codes to the voting equipment for their t-shirts—but we already know the answer. In early January 2021, lawyers aligned with Sidney Powell—accompanied by fake “electors”—gained illegal access to the Coffee County elections office, where they copied data from Dominion voting machines and servers. Although the equipment itself wasn’t removed, the top-secret software was later transferred to off-site locations, including hotels. That’s when Fulton County DA Fani Willis stepped in, filing charges on behalf of the people.
In 2023, DA Fani Willis’s case against Trump was gaining traction—until January 2024, when Trump co-defendant Michael Roman filed a motion claiming Willis had a conflict of interest. The issue? She had a romantic relationship with a fellow prosecutor on the case.
That’s right: two people on the same side of the courtroom, working toward the same legal objective, were… dating. Pardon me while I dig for my pearls.
There was no evidence of case compromise, no mishandled materials, no ethical breach impacting the charges—just the appearance of impropriety, according to Trump’s attorneys. Rich, coming from a man convicted of falsifying records to cover up hush money payments to a lady of the evening. Apparently, what really undermines democracy are lunch tabs and the thread count at the Napa DoubleTree.
The case survived the initial challenge but was quickly appealed. That’s when Federalist Society-member Judge Elizabeth Gobeil stepped in at the Georgia Court of Appeals and delivered exactly what Trump needed: a ruling that DA Willis’s personal relationship—and her decision to occasionally cover meals or travel expenses—was reason enough to disqualify her—and her entire office—from the case.
Had this case not been thrown into legal purgatory, the entire country would know that in 2020 and 2021, Trump’s associates used the ‘Big Lie’ to illegally breach voting equipment in five states. He’d be living the life he deserves—three hots and a cot—and we’d be sipping mimosas on patios instead of marching in the streets for No Kings Day protests.
All ‘Heil’ King Trump
Then came the big one.
Not that it was a surprise—after stalling the ruling until the absolute last minute on their calendar, in the summer of 2024, Trump was gifted immunity by a 6–3 ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court. Five of the six justices in the majority were Federalist Society members.
The Court didn’t just look the other way—it rewrote the Constitution from the bench. They call it “Leo’s Court” for a reason. Leonard Leo and Mitch McConnell’s 2017 judicial takeover was reshaping the republic—one ruling at a time.
Shortly thereafter, on an opinion gone rogue—complete with a love note and a wink from her SCOTUS daddy Clarence Thomas—Judge Aileen Cannon, after months of stalling the documents case, tossed it altogether. Because naturally, stealing classified documents from the National Archives, lying about having them, then refusing to return them—until the FBI had to raid your house—is an official duty for a president, right?
Seven judges—all Federalist Society members—systematically dismantled every legal obstacle between Donald Trump and the Oval Office. They didn’t rule on cases; they eliminated them. They didn’t just set the table—they handed him the crown.
“Lasers From Space”
Let’s not forget what we covered in Part One.
• In 2021, Leonard Leo sold Tripp Lite—a company responsible for powering over 70% of U.S. voting equipment—to Eaton Corporation.
• Eaton Corporation was already partnered with Peter Thiel and Palantir.
• By September 2024, Eaton announced a new partnership with Elon Musk, just weeks before the election.
Buried in that partnership agreement was this line:
“Exploring integration with Starlink’s emerging low-orbit DTC infrastructure for secure operational continuity.”
What does that mean in plain English?
Election infrastructure and Musk’s newly launched low-Earth orbit DTC satellites were on a collision course—and no one was regulating the outcome. This technology wipes out the “air-gapped” defense altogether—because with Eaton in the picture, these systems can bypass it entirely.
Brass Tacks
Give it to us straight, Mr. Bean—a clean sweep in all seven swing states. The fall of the Blue Wall. Eighty-eight counties flipped red—not one flipped blue. Ronald Reagan would like a word. Every supposed victory landed just under the threshold to trigger an automatic recount. And statistically absurd data that left Dr. Walter Mebane and the Election Truth Alliance statisticians scratching their heads and burning the midnight oil.
They blew it out—think Revenge of the Nerds: Villains Version. Almost like a pack of young hackers threw out the Ric Flair “WOOOO” and slammed the Go Big or Go Home button.
From the courtroom to orbit, this wasn’t a campaign—it was a coordinated operation that fused judicial engineering, backdoor breaches, hardware infiltration, and satellite deployment. The outcome? Data so manipulated, it makes the Russian tail look like a nub.
And the part no one seems willing to confront is the through line—from the front-end stacking of courts, to the sale of Tripp Lite to a company already partnered with Palantir, to their subsequent handshake with Elon Musk just weeks before the election.
Now, I’m not a state attorney general—but if I were, I’d be inviting folks down to the office for a cuppa joe and a conversation under oath. Because what we’re looking at is, quite clearly, a four-year coordinated strategy to return Donald Trump to the Oval Office—whether he won the 2024 election or not.
“Concerning.”

Darkness Our Old Friend
Watching the results roll in on election night, we can probably all agree—our collective gut was telling us something was just… off. Kornacki wasn’t nacki-ing, the blue wave never appeared, and a familiar dread—reminiscent of 2016—began to creep in. But this time was different. This time, we knew.
Because between 2020 and 2021, Trump’s allies illegally breached voting equipment in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Colorado, and Arizona. That voting equipment is still in use, and thanks to a Federalist Society-led appeals court in Georgia, “Teflon Don” got away with breaking the law—again.
At 9:32 p.m. on November 5, Elon Musk preemptively declared victory with a cryptic tweet: “Game, set, match.” Thirty minutes later, Ted Cruz’s smug face squatted on the nation’s screens like he was claiming a throne. Many went to bed discouraged that night. But some of us? We went to bed determined.
Because if you’ve never been to Texas, let’s get one thing straight: everyone hates Ted Cruz.
So, we got to work.
When The Math Ain’t Mathing
We struggled to understand how a 34-count convicted felon—who couldn’t fill a stadium and doesn’t know that asylum is a homonym—somehow outperformed Reagan, flipping 88 counties red while not a single one flipped blue. It felt improbable. So, we did what anyone would do in the face of statistical absurdity: we started digging and ran the numbers.
And before any data purists get their knickers in a twist:
No, it’s not a coin flip.
No, we can’t apply strict binomial math.
We get it.
In fact, based on 2020 data, the actual probability is even worse.
But to be generous—and to keep the math conservative—let’s assume each of the 88 counties had a simple 50/50 chance of flipping red or blue. And yet, somehow, all of them flipped red. Not a single one went blue.
Math:
That’s about a 1 in 1 octillion chance of occurring naturally. This is why statisticians have been running around in hair-on-fire mode for the last six months.
But wait—it gets worse.
Another Crack In The Liberty Bell
The data above reflects what’s commonly referred to as the “drop-off”—the difference between the number of votes cast for the presidential race and those cast for the next down-ballot race within the same party.
In mail-in voting, Harris and Trump show similar drop-off rates (1.48% vs. 1.96%), which aligns with expected voter behavior. But on Election Day, the numbers diverge sharply: Trump’s drop-off rate skyrockets to 4.51%, while Harris’ plummets to 0.87%.
That kind of disparity is impossible to ignore. According to this data—on Election Day only—voters selected Democrats down-ballot, then flipped to Trump at the top of the ticket.
This pattern isn’t just unusual—it defies logic and human voting behavior. It’s the kind of anomaly that should sound every alarm.
But don’t take the ETA’s word for it—the foremost expert in election forensics, Dr. Walter Mebane, backed it up. His eforensics model estimated that 225,440 votes in the Pennsylvania presidential race were possibly fraudulent. Of those, 111,088 were identified with high confidence as intentional, malevolent manipulations.
And that’s just the data. It doesn’t even include the tens of thousands of voters still reporting their ballots as unaccounted for.
Step 1: It’s A Sweep
Under our previously generous 50/50 assumptions, what are the odds of a candidate winning all seven swing states?
More math:
So even with idealized conditions, this kind of a sweep is already rare.
Let’s take it a step further:
What are the odds that a candidate wins all seven swing states and comes in just above the recount threshold in every single one?
Step 2: Seven Swing States Above Recount Threshold
Based on historical trends, competitive elections have about a 3% chance of landing within the margin required for a recount. The odds of that happening in all seven states?
More math: This alone is not suspicious, but when layered with the probability of sweeping all seven swing states, the scenario becomes even more rare.
Even more math: And again—for the statisticians already heading to the comments—we know this isn’t how electoral modeling works in real life.
This is a simplified, extremely generous baseline meant to illustrate how implausible the official outcome is, even under favorable assumptions.
And as you’ve probably guessed by now… It gets worse.
HOW could it get worse? Because when you combine the probability of all three—the 88 counties flipping red (with none flipping blue) and the sweep of all seven swing states, each one landing just above the threshold for an automatic recount—you’re no longer talking about a statistical outlier.
You’re talking about a Fairy Godmother.
Or, more likely, a Space Godfather.
Step 3: Combined Probability of All Three
We promise, this is the final math you’ll have to look at:
This equation puts the odds at roughly 1 in 50 octillion
Yes, you read that right. That’s a 1 in 5×10²⁸ chance—a 1 followed by 28 zeroes:
1 in 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
The chances of a candidate flipping all 88 counties red and winning all 7 swing states just above the mandatory recount thresholds? So minuscule, it rounds down to zero—at least in any world governed by math and not “magic.”
Trump spent most of 2024 telling his dwindling crowds that he didn’t “need” their votes:
“I’m being told I already have all the votes I need,” he bragged. “My beautiful Christians… just vote this one time… it’ll be fixed so good… you’ll never have to vote again.” Then came his praise for Elon Musk’s expertise with those “vote-counting computers.”
Now, Trump is claiming he’ll sweep the 2026 midterms:
“Blue states will totally disappear from the map,” he’s promising a “big, big surprise.” It’s probably fair to say that for must of us, we already experienced this so-called “surprise.”
And in our collective, gut we know it.
What You Can Do
The Rockland County, NY case is just the tip of an iceberg that stretches across the swing states and Texas.
We have constitutional avenues to remove this entire illegitimate administration—but the American people have to know the truth about what happened on November 5 to compel the “right people” to act.
Key Action: Pennsylvania
The Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has the statutory authority to take action against election fraud or manipulation.
Sign the petition sponsored by the Election Truth Alliance, demanding a paper ballot audit in PA.
How Else You Can Help
- Normalize the truth:Share the data. Talk about the first two articles. Talk about all of it. Because as we’ve learned, “They’re not like us…”
- Contact members of Congress and state attorneys general:
Voice your concerns about the statistically improbable results of the 2024 election. - Start a correspondence campaign:
Call, email, and post on social media to urge PA officials to proceed with a paper ballot audit.
Hold on to your hope. Because again—we don’t need permission to enforce the Constitution. We just need courage.

I’ll save New York City, and make it “Hot” and “Great” again, just like I did with the Good Ol’ USA!”
DOJ Defends Voter Suppression, Trump Targets NYC Mayoral Candidate
Is Trump planning on delaying the 2026 Election?
How Republicans Rig Elections by Gerrymandering
Most Americans are unaware that Republicans rigged elections in their favor for years to come through Gerrymandering. In 2009, Republicans injected $30 million, much of it from dark money, often targeting vulnerable blue state Democrats in races that wouldn’t otherwise draw a lot of national funding. This resulted in landslide state wins for Republicans. In 2010, they began hyper-gerrymandering every state they took control of. The plan was called REDMAP
This how Republicans has been able to hold majorities in the House of Representatives and in states which they captured in 2010 and is one of the many unscrupulous tactics they use to hold onto power against the will of the majority of Americans.
When the midterm elections were done, Republicans had gained unilateral control of 11 state legislatures, upping their total to 25. Between then and the 2012 elections, GOP lawmakers in these states had largely undisputed power over redrawing congressional districts. This helped allow Republicans to maintain control of the House, even though Democrats received over 1 million more votes.
The Republican State Leadership Committee issued a memo stating “Controlling the redistricting process in these states would have the greatest impact on determining how both state legislative and congressional district boundaries would be drawn. Drawing new district lines in states with the most redistricting activity presented the opportunity to solidify conservative policy making at the state level and maintain a Republican stronghold in the U.S. House of Representatives for the next decade.”
Republicans have a history of voter suppression, voter purges, voter challenges, Gerrymandering and other unscrupulous anti-democratic tactics to rig elections.
GOP Gerrymandering / Redistricting Is Undermining Democracy In State Legislatures
Despite stinging statewide defeats in 2018, 2020, and 2022, Republicans are still calling the shots in Wisconsin — all because of GOP redistricting / gerrymandering which is undermining democracy. Ben Wikler, chair of the Wisconsin Democratic Party, joins Mehdi to discuss.
Rigged: The Voter Suppression Playbook chronicles how our right to vote is being undercut by a decade of unscrupulous tactics by Republicans, including the partisan use of gerrymandering and voter purges, and the weakening of the Voting Rights Act by the Supreme Court. The film captures real-time voter purges in North Carolina and voter intimidation in Texas.
The documentary was principally filmed during the 2016 election and exposes the nefarious playbook of voter suppression tactics being used to subvert the growing demographic tide of non-white and younger voters from fully participating in America’s democracy.
Through Gerrymandering, Republicans has made it almost impossible to be removed from office in some districts. Since they feel safe from being removed from office, they have no motivation to compromise. They are pursuing radical right wing agendas such as cutting assistance to the poor, cutting planned parenthood funding and passing anti-aborting “War on Women” legislation when the majority of Americans do not support these actions.
Republicans are destroying democracy by Gerrymandering districts. As you can see from the graph above, a disproportionate number of Republicans were “elected” in relation to votes cast.
GOP Gerrymandering: Democratic Votes Not Matched By Seats Gained
Rachel Maddow shows four states in which Democratic popular vote victories are not commensurate with representative legislative seats because Republican gerrymandering has tipped the playing field.
The Republican Dominated Supreme Court “Justices” Legalized Partisan Gerrymandering by making sure Republicans can cement their stranglehold in States they control and never be voted out of office. This is how Anti-Democratic Authoritarian Fascist take over counties (such as Hungary) and Eliminate Democracy.
How The GOP Manipulated Ohio Elections
After winning single-party control of the state in the 2010 elections, Ohio Republicans set out to redraw the state’s congressional map to their advantage. What unfolded is one of the most egregious examples of partisan gerrymandering in modern history. Rather than working through the official legislative process which involved a bipartisan task force, Ohio Republicans and national GOP operatives rented a secret hotel room in Columbus, known as “The Bunker.” They designed a map that would give Republicans a 12-4 advantage over Democrats, when it came to “winning” districts, and therefore, congressional seats. This unconstitutional, partisan advantage is locked in until 2022, unless stopped.
Why New 2021 Ohio Redistricting Maps Are An ‘Insult To Democracy’
CNN’s John Avlon breaks down how the “rigged” redistricting process in Ohio is engineered to help the Republican Party achieve an electoral majority.
Democrats won 20 million More Votes and Lost
The United States constitution is severely flawed when more often than not in the last few elections the majority of people voting for a particular party did not receive their relative representation. Democrats received 20 million more votes in the Senate than Republicans in 2014, yet Republicans won big.
The same occurred in the House of Representatives in 2012.
House Democrats out-earned their Republican counterparts by 1.17 million votes. Read another way, Democrats won 50.59 percent of the two-party vote. Still, they won just 46.21 percent of seats, leaving the Republicans with 234 seats and Democrats with 201.
Gerrymandering is an assault on Democracy
This is yet another example of how Republicans rig elections… how they don’t give a damn about the will of the American people and how they use unscrupulous tactics to win, regardless of how unethical and despicable the tactics may be.
To Republicans, winning at all costs is a “Zero Sum Game”. They know the only way they can win, is to cheat and play dirty
Computer Programmer Paid To Create Election Rigging Software
Computer Programmer Clint Curtis testified to a congressional committee in 2004, that he was paid to write a program for a prominent Florida Republican which could flip votes and be undetectable. This shows Republicans history of efforts to rig / flip elections so it would be undetectable.

Dr. Elizabeth Clarkson Interview with Election Truth Alliance
Dr Beth Clarkson who is a ASQ-Certified Quality Engineer with a PhD in Statistics discusses abnormalities about the 2024 election with Election Truth Alliance
https://www.cjonline.com/story/news/politics/state/2015/04/01/wichita-state-mathematician-sues-kris-kobach-sedgwick-county-elections-commisioner/16633765007/
Dr Beth Clarkson, a ASQ-Certified Quality Engineer with a PhD in Statistics discusses how she found patterns indicative of manipulation in voting machines and elections across multiple states.
“Clarkson, a certified quality engineer with a Ph.D. in statistics, has analyzed election returns in Kansas and elsewhere over several elections that indicate “a statistically significant” pattern where the percentage of Republican votes increase the larger the size of the precinct.
While it is well-recognized that smaller, rural precincts tend to lean Republican, statisticians have been unable to explain the consistent pattern favoring the Republicans that trends upward as the number of votes cast in a precinct or other voting unit goes up. In primaries, the favored candidate appears to always be the Republican establishment candidate, above a tea party challenger. And the upward trend for Republicans occurs once a voting unit reaches roughly 500 votes.
“This is not just an anomaly that occurred in one place,” Clarkson said. “It is a pattern that has occurred repeatedly in elections across the United States. The pattern could be voter fraud or a demographic trend that has not been picked up by extensive polling, she said.
“I do not know why this trend is there, but I know that the pattern is there and one way to establish that it is or is not election fraud is to go and do a physical audit of paper records of voting machines,” she said.
Clarkson became more interested in the issue after reading a paper written by statisticians Francois Choquette and James Johnson in 2012 of the Republican primary results showing strong statistical evidence of election manipulation in Iowa, New Hampshire, Arizona, Ohio, Oklahoma, Alabama, Louisiana, Wisconsin, West Virginia and Kentucky.
Clarkson said she couldn’t believe their findings, so she checked their math and found it was correct and checked their model selection and found it appropriate. And then she pulled additional data from other elections they hadn’t analyzes and found the same pattern”.

U.S. Voting System Owned by Republicans
ES&S Voting Systems: A Friend To Republicans
Per the above article: Raising Some Questions about the Voting Machine Company Behind So Many Surprise Wins This Year
After initially focusing on the surprisingly lopsided results of the senatorial election in Kentucky, DCReport broadened our scope to look at the electronic vote-counting software and electronic voting systems that we rely on to tally our votes. This prompted us to raise questions about Electronic Systems & Software (ES&S), America’s largest voting machine company. What we found was a revolving door between government officials and ES&S.
Voting results in three states that saw surprising majorities by vulnerable incumbent Republican senators—Maine, North Carolina and South Carolina—were almost all tabulated on ES&S machines.
Trump attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Sydney Powell and Fox hosts have been making such bold and naked claims against the ES&S competitors, without any substance or evidence, that Fox News, NewsMax and OAN have all been threatened with litigation unless they fully retract their claims and correct a number of egregious factual errors.
Team Trump has been so vigorous in going after Dominion that it prompted us to look into how ES&S operates. What we have found so far is far from comforting.
- Owned by a private equity firm, ES&S has been elusive about identifying the people in its ownership.
- A number of ES&S executives and lobbyists have ties to top GOP election officials and politicians.
- The ES&S executive in charge of the security previously worked in the Trump administration as a government executive at Health and Human Services before leaving under a cloud.
- Forty of the 50 states use ES&S to cast and count some of their votes.
- Of the 25 states Trump won, all but 3 either partially or fully relied on ES&S machines. The states where Trump won that didn’t use ES&S machines were Oklahoma, Louisiana and Alaska.

Per the above article: “Dominion Voting Systems has been sold to a seemingly new election company run by a former Republican election official, according to a person familiar with the sale.”
John Poulos, the former Dominion CEO, confirmed the sale in a statement. “Liberty Vote has acquired Dominion Voting Systems,” Poulos said.
Voting systems made by Dominion, one of the most-used voting machine companies in the U.S., were used in 27 states in during the 2024 election.
In a statement, Liberty Vote said it is founded and run by Scott Leiendecker, whose LinkedIn profile says he served as the election director for the city of St. Louis until 2012. News articles from the time indicate he was a Republican.
Voting systems and software in the United States have Republican Owners & Presidents as detailed in this Google search
In October 2025, Dominion Voting Systems was acquired by a newly formed company, Liberty Vote, which is run by a former Republican election official, Scott Leiendecker.
Another major vendor, Election Systems & Software (ES&S), is owned by a private equity firm with past ties to a Republican investor.
Dominion Voting Systems (now Liberty Vote)
Ownership: The company was purchased by Liberty Vote, a firm founded and run by Scott Leiendecker, who previously served as an election director in St. Louis and is a former Republican election official.
Political Alignment/Messaging: The new ownership has embraced language and priorities aligning with President Donald Trump’s calls for election reforms, such as emphasizing hand-marked paper ballots and 100% American ownership. This messaging contrasts with Dominion’s prior non-partisan stance and was unexpected by some state election officials.
Usage: Dominion’s systems are widely used, having processed votes in over half the states during the 2024 election.
Impact on Systems: Despite the change in ownership and messaging, election officials were told that no immediate staff changes, contract terminations, or product overhauls were expected, and that the existing systems still comply with current federal and state laws.
Election Systems & Software (ES&S)
Ownership: ES&S is a privately owned company, which means it is not legally obligated to reveal all ownership details. A controlling interest is held by the Omaha-based private equity firm McCarthy Group.
Political Ties: An ES&S spokesperson has confirmed in the past that its investors are U.S. citizens or entities. Historically, the company was purchased in 1977 by an investment firm owned by Republican Prentis Cobb Hale, a strong supporter of Ronald Reagan, and some company founders had Republican leanings. ES&S executives and lobbyists have also had ties to GOP officials and politicians.
Usage: ES&S is one of the largest election equipment vendors in the U.S., used by 40 of the 50 states to cast and count votes.
Other Major Vendors
Hart InterCivic: This is the third major vendor in the U.S., and it is also owned by a private equity firm that is not obligated to disclose its investors.
Smartmatic: This company has faced conspiracy theories regarding links to Venezuelan leadership, which have been widely debunked through defamation lawsuits and by election experts. It operates in several countries and is a competitor to Dominion.
‘They think they are above the law’: the firms that own America’s voting system
Per the above article: Maryland congressman Jamie Raskin is a newcomer to the cause of reforming America’s vote-counting machines, welcomed through baptism by fire. In 2015, Maryland’s main election system vendor was bought by a parent company with ties to a Russian oligarch. The state’s election officials did not know about the purchase until July 2018, when the FBI notified them of the potential conflict.
The FBI investigated and did not find any evidence of tampering or sharing of voter data. But the incident was a giant red flag as to the potential vulnerabilities of American democracy – especially as many states have outsourced vote-counting to the private sector. After all, the purchase happened while Russian agents were mounting multiple disinformation and cybersecurity campaigns to interfere with America’s 2016 general election.
The fact is that democracy in the United States is now largely a secretive and privately-run affair conducted out of the public eye with little oversight. The corporations that run every aspect of American elections, from voter registration to casting and counting votes by machine, are subject to limited state and federal regulation.
The companies are privately-owned and closely held, making information about ownership and financial stability difficult to obtain. The software source code and hardware design of their systems are kept as trade secrets and therefore difficult to study or investigate.
The market for election vendors is small and the “customer base” mostly limited to North America and centered on the US, meaning that competition is fierce. The result is a small network of companies that have near-monopolies on election services, such as building voting machines. Across the spectrum, private vendors have long histories of errors that affected elections, of obstructing politicians and the public from seeking information, of corruption, suspect foreign influence, false statements of security and business dishonesty.
But these companies are the safekeepers of American democracy.
A corner of the computer security world has been sounding the alarm since voting machines were adopted after the punch-card disaster of the 2000 election recount in Florida. Now lawmakers, election officials and national security experts are joining in on the clamor after Russian agents probed voting systems in all 50 states, and successfully breached the voter registration systems of Arizona and Illinois in 2016.
Both Robert Mueller’s report and a previous indictment of 12 Russian agents confirmed Russians also targeted private vendors that provided election software. The Russians successfully breached at least one company, its name redacted in the reports, “and installed malware on the company network”, according to the Mueller report.
Intelligence agencies expect cyber attacks from Russia, China and other nations against America’s democracy to continue in 2020.
Oregon senator Ron Wyden, in a speech at an election security conference in Washington DC, said that the voting machine lobby “literally thinks they are just above the law, they are accountable to nobody, [and] they have been able to hotwire the political system in certain parts of the country like we’ve seen in Georgia”.
Wyden was referring to the fact that Brian Kemp, who is now Georgia’s governor after overseeing his own election while secretary of state, appointed an ES&S lobbyist as his deputy chief of staff. Meanwhile, the state is in the process of purchasing more than $150m in new voting machines.
“My view is that the maintenance of our constitutional rights should not depend on the sketchy ethics of these well-connected corporations that stonewall Congress, lie to public officials and have repeatedly gouged taxpayers,” Wyden said.
Meanwhile, weak state or federal guidance leaves many cybersecurity companies doing whatever they want, according to Joshua M Franklin, president and co-founder of Outstack Technologies, a cybersecurity company that helps protect campaign and election infrastructure.
“There are no technical standards or best practices from the US federal government on the security of voter registration systems,” Franklin said. “One to two pages [of guidelines] don’t cut it. Similarly, we are missing technical security specifications that election night reporting or blank ballot distribution systems must meet.”
Like voting machine vendors, companies providing voter registration and election-night reporting services have their own history with security lapses and false statements. Very little is known about the contracts and relationships between states and vendors such as PCC and Scytl that provide voter registration or other online election services.
When it was discovered three days before the 2018 midterms that poor cybersecurity left Georgia’s voter registration system vulnerable to being altered, it was unclear whether the state or the company were responsible for the failures. Computer security experts tested the systems of two other states also listed as clients by PCC. One of the coding problems also existed in North Carolina and Washington, though the way the states structured their websites muted the potential hazard faced in Georgia.
Not only are the companies largely free from public records requests, they are often asked to investigate or police themselves, according to election law expert Candice Hoke.
“It is unheard of, for instance in a bank, that if they have anomalies or a potential hack that they need to investigate, that they are supposed to call the software licensor or the software company and get them to examine their own software and decide whether their software was hacked or flawed in some way,” Hoke said. “Absolutely preposterous. And yet we allow that in our elections.”
https://columbusfreepress.com/article/diebold-indicted-its-spectre-still-haunts-ohio-elections
Per the above article by Bob Fitrakis and Harvey Wasserman posted October 31st 2013
Diebold: the controversial manufacturer of voting and ATM machines, whose name conjures up the demons of Ohio’s 2004 presidential election irregularities, is now finally under indictment for a “worldwide pattern of criminal conduct.” Federal prosecutors filed charges against Diebold, Inc. on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 alleging that the North Canton, Ohio-based security and manufacturing company bribed government officials and falsified documents to obtain business in China, Indonesia and Russia. Diebold has agreed to pay $50 million to settle the two criminal counts against it. This is not the first time Diebold’s been accused of bribery.
In 2005, the Free Press exposed that Matt Damschroder, Republican chair of the Franklin County of Elections in 2004, reported that a key Diebold operative told Damschroder he made a $50,000 contribution to then-Ohio Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell’s “political interests” while Blackwell was evaluating Diebold’s bids for state purchasing contracts. Damschroder admitted to personally accepting a $10,000 check from former Diebold contractor Pasquale “Patsy” Gallina made out to the Franklin County Republican Party. That contribution was made while Damschroder was involved in evaluating Diebold bids for county contracts. Damschroder was suspended for a month without pay for the incident. Despite the scandal, he was later appointed as Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted’s Director of Elections.
The ghosts of 2004 election irregularities Diebold was at the center of Ohio’s 2004 election debacle, much of this captured in an article by Free Press Senior Editor Harvey Wasserman and this author, entitled, “Diebold’s Political Machine.” Walden “Wally” O’Dell, chairman of the board and chief executive of Diebold, was a long-time funder of Republican candidates. In September 2003, he held a packed $1,000-per-head GOP fundraiser at his 10,800-square-foot mansion Cotswold Manor in Upper Arlington, Ohio. He was feted as a guest at then-President George W. Bush’s Texas ranch, joining a cadre of “Pioneers and Rangers” who pledged to raise more than $100,000 for the Bush reelection campaign. Most memorably, in 2003 O’Dell penned a letter pledging his commitment “to helping Ohio deliver its electoral votes to the President.” O’Dell defended his actions, telling the Cleveland Plain Dealer “I’m not doing anything wrong or complicated.” But he also promised to lower his political profile and “try to be more sensitive.” But the Diebold boss’ partisan cards were squarely on the table. Prior to the 2004 election, Blackwell tried to award a $100 million unbid contract to Diebold for electronic voting machines.
A storm of public outrage and a series of lawsuits forced him to cancel the deal. But a substantial percentage of Ohio’s 2004 votes were counted by Diebold software and Diebold Opti-scan machines which frequently malfunctioned in the Democratic stronghold of Toledo. It was revealed in 2006 that Blackwell owned Diebold stock. Diebold’s GEMS election software was used in about half of Ohio counties in the 2004 election. Because of Blackwell’s effort, 41 counties also used Diebold machines in Ohio’s highly dubious 2005 election. Also in the Ohio 2004 election, a whistleblower leaked documents revealing that Diebold had allegedly used illegal, uncertified hardware and software during California election. The ghosts in the Diebold election machines go bump in the 2002 election Wherever Diebold and the other most well-known voting machine company Election Systems & Software (ES&S) go, irregularities and historic Republican upsets follow. Alastair Thompson, writing for scoop.co of New Zealand, explored whether or not the 2002 U.S. mid-term elections were “fixed by electronic voting machines supplied by Republican-affiliated companies.”
The Scoop investigation concluded that: “The state where the biggest upset occurred, Georgia, is also the state that ran its election with the most electronic voting machines.” Those machines were supplied by Diebold. ES&S and Diebold would later merge and now count about 80 percent of all U.S. votes. Wired News reported that “. . . a former worker in Diebold’s Georgia warehouse says the company installed patches on its machine before the state’s 2002 gubernatorial election that were never certified by independent testing authorities or cleared with Georgia election officials.” Questions were raised in Texas when three Republican candidates in Comal County each received exactly the same number of votes – 18,181 – on ES&S machines.
Following the 2003 California election, an audit of the company revealed that Diebold Election Systems voting machines installed uncertified software in all 17 counties using its equipment. In 2012, Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted approved a secret last-minute contract allowing ES&S to install untested, “experimental” software patches on central voting tabulators in 39 Ohio counties. Congressional testimony exposed that last-minute patches were installed in several Ohio counties including Miami and Clermont in the 2004 election. Johns Hopkins researchers at the Information Security Institute issued a report declaring that Diebold’s electronic voting software contained “stunning flaws.”
The researchers concluded that vote totals could be altered at the voting machines and by remote access. Diebold vigorously refuted the Johns Hopkins report, claiming the researchers came to “a multitude of false conclusions.” Perhaps to settle the issue, apparently an insider leaked documents from the Diebold Election Systems website and posted internal documents from the company to Bev Harris’ Black Box Voting website. Diebold went to court to stop, according to court records, the “wholesale reproduction” of some 13,000 pages of company material. The Associated Press reported in November 2003 that: “Computer programmers, ISPs and students at at least 20 universities, including the University of California, Berkeley and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology received cease and desist letters” from Diebold. A group of Swarthmore College students launched an “electronic civil disobedience” campaign to keep the hacked documents permanently posted on the Internet.
Diebold computer goblin causes the 2000 election to be called for Bush The rush to embrace computerized voting, of course, began with Florida’s 2000 presidential election. But, in fact, one of the Sunshine State’s election-day disasters was the direct result of a malfunctioning computerized voting system; a system built by Diebold. The massive screw-up in Volusia County was all but lost in the furor over hanging chads and butterfly ballots in South Florida. In part that is because county election officials avoided a total disaster by quickly conducting a hand recount of the more than 184,000 paper ballots used to feed the computerized system. But the huge computer miscount led several networks to incorrectly call the race for Bush. The first to call it was Fox News where Bush’s first cousin, John Ellis, was in charge of election night coverage.
The first signs that the Diebold-made system in Volusia County was malfunctioning came early on election night, when the central ballot-counting computer showed a Socialist Party candidate receiving more than 9,000 votes and Vice President Al Gore getting minus 19,000. Another 4,000 votes poured into the plus column for Bush that didn’t belong there. Taken together, the massive swing seemed to indicate that Bush, not Gore, had won Florida and thus the White House. Election officials restarted the machine, and expressed confidence in the eventual results, which showed Gore beating Bush by 97,063 votes to 82,214. After the recount, Gore picked up 250 votes, while Bush picked up 154. But the erroneous numbers had already been sent to the media.
Harris has posted a series of internal Diebold memos relating to the Volusia County miscount on her website, blackboxvoting.com. One memo from Lana Hires of Global Election Systems, now part of Diebold, complains, “I need some answers! Our department is being audited by the County. I have been waiting for someone to give me an explanation as to why Precinct 216 gave Al Gore a minus 16,022 [votes] when it was uploaded.” Another, from Talbot Ireland, Senior VP of Research and Development for Diebold, refers to key “replacement” votes in Volusia County as “unauthorized.” Harris has also posted a post-mortem by CBS detailing how the network managed to call Volusia County for Bush early in the morning. The report states: “Had it not been for these [computer] errors, the CBS News call for Bush at 2:17:52 AM would not have been made.”
As Harris notes, the 20,000-vote error shifted the momentum of the news reporting and nearly led Gore to concede. It also gave rise to the incorrect chant that, “Bush won twice.” What’s particularly troubling, Harris says, is that the errors were caught only because an alert poll monitor noticed Gore’s vote count going down through the evening, which of course is impossible. Diebold blamed the bizarre swing on a “faulty memory chip,” which Harris claims is simply not credible. The whole episode, she contends, could easily have been consciously programmed by someone with a partisan agenda. Such claims might seem far-fetched, were it not for the fact that a cadre of computer scientists showed a year ago that the software running Diebold’s new machines can be hacked with relative ease. In 2006, Princeton computer scientists revealed that a computer virus could be easily implanted on a Diebold AccuVote Touch Screen voting system allowing the vote to be flipped. Professor Edward Felten noted that a single individual, “with just one or two minutes of unsupervised access to either the voting machine or the memory card” could rig the system.
Carnegie Mellon’s Michael Shamos called the discovery “the most severe security flaw ever discovered in a voting system.” Diebold sued over faulty equipment, settles by giving away more faulty equipment Cuyahoga County (Cleveland, Ohio) election officials accused Diebold of breach of contract, negligence and fraud following the 2008 Ohio primary. Then-Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner sued Diebold for breach of contract, warranty violations and misrepresentations by Diebold representatives involving 47 Ohio counties. In a bizarre settlement in 2010, more than half of Ohio’s county boards of elections received free and discounted voting machines and software from Premier Election Solutions (formally Diebold). This is a result of the August 2008 lawsuit against Diebold filed by Brunner.
In the counterclaim filed by Brunner, she alleged that Diebold voting equipment “dropped votes in at least 11 counties.” The failure to count votes occurred when Diebold memory cards were uploaded to computer servers. Diebold in 2010 reached a settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) after the U.S. government sued them for $25 million in a fraud case. Diebold admitted that they had overstated the value of their election division by 300% in a stock manipulation scheme. U.S. Attorney Steven Dettelbach noted that “Companies that pay bribes to public officials, whether those officials are in Cleveland, in Ohio, or overseas, violate the law.” Amen. Why would a free people allow a company with Diebold’s track record to have anything to do with our elections at all. The Diebold indictment underscores a much greater problem in the U.S. election system. As long as the United States allows corrupt, partisan private corporations to secretly count its votes, democracy remains in danger.
Per a Google search result: The association between Diebold and the Republican party primarily stems from the activities and statements of its former chairman and CEO, Walden “Wally” O’Dell, in the early 2000s, when the company had a division that produced voting machines. The current company, Diebold Nixdorf, is a publicly traded corporation with diverse institutional shareholders and is no longer in the election systems business.
Past Political Controversy
CEO’s Political Statements: In August 2003, O’Dell, a major Republican donor and Bush campaign organizer, wrote a fundraising letter to Ohio Republicans stating he was “committed to helping Ohio deliver its electoral votes to the president next year”.
Conflict of Interest Concerns: This statement, combined with the fact that Diebold Election Systems was a potential supplier of new electronic voting machines in Ohio, raised significant concerns about partisanship and potential conflicts of interest regarding election integrity.
