Lulu Friesdat, Co-Founder and Executive Director of SMART Elections exposes NBC’s inaccurate, biased, one-sided report about the Lawsuit filed against Rockland County, due to unusual drop-off votes and Harris receiving “0” votes in 4 counties.

Drop off votes represent votes from people who voted for down ballot for candidates such as Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, but supposedly voted for Trump, instead of Kamala Harris at the top of the party ticket. In this highly polarized political climate, people usually vote straight ticket, either Democrat or Republican.

This is an example of how the News Media (and Democrats) are legitimizing Trump’s illegitimate Presidency and are enabling his destruction of our country by failing to discuss, report and expose irregularities of the 2024 election to the American people.

The Rockland County, NY lawsuit alleges irregularities due to the mismatch in support between Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and the person at the top of the party’s ticket, Vice President Kamala Harris. Gillibrand won the suburban county by about 8,000 votes, while Harris lost to Trump by more than 17,000. In four (4) counties, Harris got “0” votes, which is further proof of  irregularities.

The same thing occurred in Swing States such as Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, Arizona and North Carolina where down ballot Democrat Senate candidates received the majority of votes, but Trump received more than Harris. This is a clear indicator of “Election Fraud” due to occurring in every Swing State, just above the mandatory recount thresholds.

It is inconceivable that the majority of the people who voted for Democrat Senate candidates (down ballot) in Wisconsin, Michigan, Naveda, Arizona and North Carolin would have voted for Trump. In this highly polarized political climate, people usually vote straight ticket, either Democrat or Republican. No mention about that by NBC.

There are HUGE differences between Trump’s “stolen election” claims and scientific research showing the 2024 election was hacked and rigged. Most notable, Trump and his supporter never provided any scientific data or a shred of credible evidence which showed the 2020 election was rigged.

There’s admissions by Trump and Musk with statements such as Trump saying; “Get out and vote just this time…. you won’t have to do it anymore… we’ll have it fixed so good, in four years you don’t have to vote again”, Trump thanked Elon Musk at a rally on 1-19-2025 for help with Vote Counting Machines.

Elon Musk saying how easy computers are to hack. When Tucker Carlson asked Musk’s 4 yr/old son if Trump was going to win, he said; “Yeah, they’ll never know”. Musk posting on ‘X’, “Without me, Trump would have lost the election, Dems would control the House and the Republicans would be 51-49 in the Senate”.  Joe Rogan stated on his show that Elon Musk knew Trump ‘won’ 4 hours before the election count was over.

• Cyber Security Experts sent letters to Kamala Harris on 11-13-24 & 11-15-24 in which they claimed the 2024 election may have been hacked & urged her to demand Recounts in Swing States, stating; “You should reverse your concession, call for both a full investigation of criminal activity and demand hand recounts in all seven swing states”.

• Joe Rogan stated on his show that Elon Musk knew Trump ‘won’ 4 hours before the election count was over.

• 88 Counties Flipped Red. None flipped Blue. Trump swept every Swing State, each just above the mandatory recount thresholds.

As you can see from the above list, there’s no comparison between the 2020 election “stolen election” claims and the 2024 election.

 NBC is enabling Trump and Republicans destruction of our country by not accurately reporting SMART Elections Rockland County Lawsuit or any of the valid issues raised on this site. 

The Mainstream News Media is almost as bad and irresponsible as FOX FAKE NEWS.  Two (2) of them; ABC and CBS caved to Trump’s extortion, paying them millions to settle baseless lawsuits.

As shown above, Trump is the least popular President in over 60 years. The idea that Trump legitimately won the 2024 election and all seven (7) swing states is absurd.

During Trump’s first Presidency, the American people saw how Trump exhibits the worst traits a human being is capable of possessing; Liar, Lawless, Vile, Evil, Vindictive, Hateful, Mean Spirited, Spoiled, Immature, Ignorant, Selfish, Egomaniac, Know-it-all Braggart, Lacks Empathy, has No Humility, never Apologies, blames others, claims he’s always right and never admits making a mistake.

To believe that Trump Legitimately won the 2024 election, you have to believe the majority of Americans are Stupid, Unformed, didn’t care about his refusal to accept the outcome of the 2020 election and how he incited an insurrection on J6 telling his followers to “fight like hell” which resulted in five (5) deaths. You would have to believe the majority of Americans didn’t care about his threats of retribution, threats to destroy our Democracy outlined in Project 2025, didn’t care about his numerous autocratic statements indicating he wanted to be a Dictator like Putin & Kim Jong Un, didn’t care about his Pathological Lying and his Vile, Vindictive, Outrageous, Arrogant, Narcissistic, Self-Aggrandizing, Self-Serving Behavior.

Trump and his cronies made outrageous statements prior to the 2024 election, such as on Veterans day November 11, 2023, Trump stated; ”We pledge to you that we will root out the communists, Marxists, fascists and the radical left thugs that live like vermin within the confines of our country that lie and steal and cheat on elections”. 

In response to outrage over Trump’s ‘vermin’ comment, his campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung stated about Trump opponents; “their entire existence will be crushed when President Trump returns to the White House.”  Note how Cheung stated “WHEN” Trump returns to the White House, not “IF”… as though he KNEW Trump would be returning.

On March 28, 2024 Steve Bannon stated: “After we’ve won, the Accountability Project’s going to start and it’s going to be thorough this time. It’s going to be they’re going to be in prison”.  Again note how certain Bannon was in his statement – “AFTER we’ve won” … not IF we win.

On May 23rd, 2024, Former Trump White House advisor Steve Bannon stated: “We mock your fear, we want your fear. We are going to hold everyone who opposes Trump responsible”

Kash Patel, who Trump ‘picked’ to be the FBI Director stated; “We will go out and find the conspirators, not just in government but in the media, Yes, we’re going to come after the people in the media who lied about American citizens, who helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections — we’re going to come after you“.

On November 29 2023, Trump stated that he wanted the ‘Federal Government to come down Hard on MSNBC’ for its criticism of him, proving he wants to eliminate Freedom of the Press and Freedom of Speech.

On Dec 31, 2023 ABC News’ Jonathan Karl interviewed three former Trump White House staffers who stated a 2nd Trump term would be ‘the end of American democracy as we know it’.

IMO, those who believe Trump legitimately won the 2024 election and the majority of Americans voted for Trump in all seven (7) swing states after all of his outrageous conduct, plus threatening statements like those above and evidence of irregularities in the 2024 election, have their heads in the sand and are out-of-touch with reality.
