NFPM-7 Targets Trump Critics as “ANTIFA” & “TERRORISTS”
Trump’s NFPM-7 Memorandum which directs law enforcement agencies to target Protestors and Critics as “ANTIFA” & “TERRORISTS” appears to be illegal and unconstitutional
The above video explains how a Presidential Memorandum (NSPM-7), entitled “Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence” is a direct and unconstitutional attack on our most fundamental freedoms. It explores the debate between national security and personal freedoms. It raises important questions about the balance between government power and the preservation of constitutional rights. Viewers are encouraged to consider the implications for democracy and freedom of speech.
Key provisions of NSPM-7
The memorandum includes several key provisions:
- It aims to expand the powers of the FBI’s National Joint Terrorism Task Forces (JTTFs) to investigate and dismantle entities promoting political violence.
- It directs the Treasury Department to target illicit financial networks funding domestic terrorism and instructs the IRS regarding the funding activities of tax-exempt organizations.
- The JTTFs are tasked with investigating various aspects of political violence networks, including recruitment and funding.
- The Attorney General is directed to recommend groups for potential designation as “domestic terrorist organizations”.
- Domestic terrorism is to be designated a “National Priority Area” to allocate more resources.
Legal and civil liberties concerns
NSPM-7 has faced criticism from civil liberties groups and legal experts. Concerns include:
- The potential for infringing on First Amendment rights due to the directive’s broad language.
- Allegations that the memorandum could be used to target political opponents.
- Concerns about law enforcement potentially intervening in “pre-crime” activities.
- A lack of clear definitions for terms like “material support” and the criteria for investigating organizations.
Trump SECRET WATCHLIST for American Citizens FINALLY EXPOSED

Trump Regime Preps To Surveil ‘Anti-Christian’ Americans
The Trump Regime plans to investigate the so-called “radical left” has been revealed by journalist Ken Klippenstein.
A leaked memo by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi directs the Justice Department and FBI to compile a list of groups that may be labeled “domestic terrorism” organizations based on political views related to immigration, gender and U.S. policy. The memo was obtained by independent investigative journalist Ken Klippenstein, who joins us to discuss how it expands on President Donald Trump’s NSPM-7 directive following the assassination of Charlie Kirk, which ordered a national strategy to investigate and disrupt groups the administration claims could incite political violence. Bondi’s effort targets “not just the left,” but “anyone who isn’t a Trump supporter,” says Klippenstein of the sweeping order, which identifies targets as entities expressing “opposition to law and immigration enforcement,” support for “mass migration and open borders,” “radical gender ideology,” or views described as anti-American, anti-capitalist or anti-Christian, as well as “hostility towards traditional views on family, religion, and morality.” People who report extremists may be financially rewarded, and the FBI is reviewing records from the past five years, as well as the present..
FBI Making Authoritarian ‘List Of Extremists’
Trump Is Trying To Strip Free Speech Rights In Insane Power Grab
Pam Bondi says the government will now target those who espouse hate speech. Trump suggested this morning that the hate speech they’ll be targeting is speech that criticizes him. Legal experts have made clear that hate speech is free speech and that it’s protected by the first amendment. You have a right to be rude, to be disgusting, to offend, to be hateful, and to say things that others don’t want to hear. But most importantly, it’s not hate speech to criticize the President. The President is not a protected class. Trump has now also filed a $15 billion lawsuit against the New York Times for “defamation”. He points to more than a dozen articles and books that he claims “falsely portray him as being dishonest” and as a result caused him damage to his “professional and occupation interests”. It’s on Trump to prove that the New York Times is wrong about him being dishonest, and he must also prove that they did it maliciously, and that they caused him actual harm and damage. Given that Trump won reelection, it’ll likely be hard for him to prove any of that. Trump is also now saying that he’s “not so sure” that people have a right to protest him. Last week, Trump was face to face with protesters in a DC restaurant. He says he ordered Bondi to investigate them because he says he wants them thrown in jail. Pam Bondi also said last night that it’s illegal for people to refuse to print posters for Charlie Kirk’s vigils…. That is, in fact, not illegal. The Supreme Court has ruled time and time again that the government can’t compel you to create work that violates your values. Trump and his admin are trying to take your free speech away but they will fail – the only way they can win is if you believe them and cave by self-censoring. Your rights have not changed.

Trump’s Plan for Total Control
Trump Issues Memorandum Directing Law Enforcement to Target “Domestic Terrorism” and “Organized Political Violence” By Nonprofits and Others
Return to News Yesterday, President Trump signed a Presidential Memorandum titled ” Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence” (” Memorandum “). The Memorandum cites recent acts of political violence, such as the murder of Charlie Kirk, as justification for the creation of a “national strategy to investigate and disrupt networks, entities, and organizations that foment political violence.”
Per the above article; Yesterday, Trump signed a Presidential Memorandum titled “Countering Domestic Terrorism and Organized Political Violence” (“Memorandum”). The Memorandum cites recent acts of political violence, such as the murder of Charlie Kirk, as justification for the creation of a “national strategy to investigate and disrupt networks, entities, and organizations that foment political violence.”
While it does not identify any specific organization by name, the subtext is clear: the White House is targeting individuals and organizations on the ideological left, claiming they endorse “anti-Christianity,” “extremism on migration, race, and gender,” and “hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family, religion, and morality” which has “created a movement that embraces and elevates violence to achieve policy outcomes.”
In short, the Memorandum calls upon multiple federal agencies to investigate, prosecute, or otherwise focus their enforcement efforts on organizations that are ideologically opposed to the administration’s actions and policies, based on a pretext of preventing a vague category of activity they label as “domestic terrorism.” Along with an Executive Order issued earlier this week entitled “Designating Antifa as a Domestic Terrorist Organization,” the Memorandum is nothing more than a thinly veiled attack on the First Amendment and core American freedoms, issued under the guise of preventing political violence.
Memorandum
The Memorandum’s purported goal is to “disband and uproot networks, entities, and organizations that promote organized violence, violent intimidation, conspiracies against rights, and other efforts to disrupt the functioning of a democratic society,” and it takes the following actions in furtherance of this stated goal.
First, it directs the FBI-led National Joint Terrorism Task Force and its local affiliates, with widespread mandatory coordination with other federal agencies, to oversee a “national strategy to investigate, prosecute, and disrupt entities and individuals engaged in acts of political violence and intimidation designed to suppress lawful political activity or obstruct the rule of law.” This strategy must include:
Investigating “crimes relat[ed] to acts of recruiting or radicalizing” individuals to engage in political violence, acts of terrorism, or the deprivation of rights guaranteed by law.
Investigating “institutional and individual funders,” including an organization’s officers and employees, “that are responsible for, sponsor, or otherwise aid and abet” those committing acts of political violence, terrorism, or otherwise “obstruct[ing] the rule of law.”
Investigating NGOs and American citizens residing abroad or who have “close ties to foreign governments, agents, citizens, foundations, or influence networks” that are engaged in violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act or money laundering by “funding, creating, or supporting entities that engage in activities that support or encourage domestic terrorism.”
Second, the Memorandum orders the Attorney General to:
Direct the Department of Justice to prosecute all federal crimes “related to” the above investigations, “to the maximum extent permissible by law.”
Create “specific guidance that ensures domestic terrorism priorities include politically motivated terrorist acts such as organized doxing campaigns, swatting, rioting, looting, trespass, assault, destruction of property, threats of violence, and civil disorder,” and identify “any behaviors, fact patterns, recurrent motivations, or other indicia common to organizations and entities that coordinate these acts.”
Along with the Secretary of Homeland Security, designate “domestic terrorism” as a national priority area.
Recommend that any group or entity whose members are engaged in “domestic terrorism” as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2331(5) be designated as a “domestic terrorist organization” and to share the list of designated entities with the President.
Third, the Memorandum directs the Secretary of the Treasury to coordinate with the Attorney General to make available all resources to “identify and disrupt financial networks that fund domestic terrorism and political violence,” including guidance to “investigate indicia of illicit funding streams” and to instruct financial institutions to file Suspicious Activity Reports related to the activity discussed.
Fourth, the Memorandum orders the Commissioner of the IRS to “take action to ensure that no tax-exempt entities are directly or indirectly financing political violence or domestic terrorism,” including referring these organizations, and their employees and officers, to the Department of Justice for investigation and possible prosecution.
Finally, the Memorandum directs federal law enforcement agencies to question “individuals engaged in political violence or lawlessness” about “the entity or individual organizing such actions.” Further, the agencies are directed to interrogate individuals regarding any “financial sponsorship” of their activities (e.g., whether they were paid to engage in a protest).
Impact
“Despite the Memorandum’s extreme rhetoric, its proclamations have no immediate legal impact on progressive organizations. Therefore, the Memorandum is best understood as a statement regarding the Trump administration’s priorities and an intention to weaponize federal law enforcement against the President’s perceived opponents to achieve those ends, as opposed to an order with a substantive legal effect.
Notably, the Memorandum calls on the Attorney General to designate groups as “domestic terrorist organization[s],” a term which is not defined in Federal law. However toothless on its face, the Memorandum sends a troubling signal that nonprofit, political, and other civil society organizations that oppose the policies and actions of this administration face an increased risk of a federal investigation, which could lead to criminal charges or other punitive measures such as the revocation of tax-exempt status. At a minimum, such politically motivated investigations would bog down targeted organizations with legal costs and compliance headaches all while detracting from their missions”.
Senators Warn Trump Administration Is Developing Secret Watchlist of Americans
One called National Security Presidential Memorandum 7 “a greater infringement on freedoms than the Patriot Act.”…
Per the above article: The Trump administration is drawing up “secret lists of terrorist groups inside the United States,” Senator Elissa Slotkin said on the floor of Congress yesterday — the first such reference to the effects of National Security Presidential Memorandum 7 (NSPM-7).
The directive, as I’ve reported, lays out Donald Trump’s policies with regard to equating “anti-Christian” and “anti-capitalist” sentiment with domestic terrorism. As a result of the directive, the FBI’s domestic terrorism watchlist is expected to double in the coming months, sources told me.
The Senator from Michigan would know. She is a former CIA analyst and Assistant Secretary of Defense, and now serves on the Senate Armed Services and Homeland Security Committees. She defends the national security state as “good, corn-fed people who just want to help their country” and has said “I’m as hawkish as anyone” on Iran.
Slotkin in her Senate speech warned that with NSPM-7, the Trump administration had directed law enforcement agencies to “make secret lists of terrorist groups inside the United States and send the full force of the U.S. government against those terrorist organizations.”
“They are not telling anyone about this, but asking that the law enforcement [community] come up with that list,” she added.
Consistent with her remarks, NSPM-7 says, “The Attorney General shall submit a list of any such [domestic terrorist] groups” to the White House.
“The Trump administration define[s] domestic terrorism incredibly broadly,” Slotkin said. “It suggests that any group that talks about anti-Christian values, views they don’t like on migration or race, differing views on the role of the family, religion, or morality could all be grounds for labelling an organization as domestic terrorists.”
She also decried the Trump administration’s secret list of designated foreign terrorist groups in its war on cartels, saying: “If this administration is not telling us who’s on their secret designated terrorist list for groups in the Caribbean, they’re definitely not going to tell us who is on their list of domestic terrorist organizations.”
Slotkin also revealed that the Trump administration had refused to provide its list of cartel terrorist groups to Congress, including even the Republican leadership. According to her, the list numbers in the “dozens”; this suggests that the administration is quite comfortable with such lists and is employing them against more than just the high-profile groups like Tren de Aragua.
In response to a request for comment for this article, Slotkin’s office directed me to another point she raised in a confirmation hearing this week for Trump’s nominee for general counsel of the Army, Charles Young. During the hearing, Slotkin asked if a list of domestic terrorist organizations would authorize the military to take action within the United States — a possible way that the administration could get around posse comitatus restrictions on the use of the active military to enforce the law”.
Trump’s ICE Has Started Targeting Activists, Not Just Immigrants
ICE demanded Meta hand over personal information attached to Instagram accounts that track immigration raids.
ICE demanded Meta hand over personal information attached to Instagram accounts that track immigration raids.
Per the above article: “Trump prepares to further unleash a rapidly expanding surveillance state against the administration’s critics, recent legal struggles from activists who document and protest Trump’s mass deportation campaign may be a preview of what’s to come as part of a broader effort to silence dissent.
Trump made headlines on September 22 with an executive order declaring “Antifa,” short for anti-fascist, a domestic terrorist organization. The move prompted eyerolls from experts who understand that no centralized antifa group exists, while also heightening concerns over Trump’s threats to target opponents over their speech in the wake of the killing of pro-Trump pundit Charlie Kirk.
On September 25, Trump followed the order with a national security memorandum on “countering domestic terrorism” that has received less media attention but could have a far greater impact on progressive civil society. The memorandum directs federal law enforcement to utilize a whole-of-government approach, using multi-agency Joint Terrorism Task Forces, to specifically target “anti-fascism” and leftist social movements as potential sources of political violence.
The memorandum came after multiple members of the administration referenced a baseless conspiracy theory promoted by Trump that claims billionaire philanthropists such as George Soros fund liberal groups to organize riots and assassination attempts. The vast majority of deadly political violence in the U.S. since 2001 has been inspired by white nationalism and other far right ideologies, as opposed to the leftist ideas crudely described in Trump’s memo. Anti-fascists see their work as an organized defense against this violence.
While the memorandum suggests the administration will go after a wide range of people, including “anti-capitalists” and those with “hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family, religion, and morality,” both documents specifically reference going after activists working to stop Trump’s anti-immigrant agenda. That includes people who track and record Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activity with the aim of slowing deportations — a move that has long bothered the administration”.
